We stand behind everything we have available to you. If you are not pleased, you can return it for a substitute or refund. Items have to be returned within 30 days of the acquisition.

 

Our guarantee doesn't cover regular wear and tear or damage triggered by incorrect use.

 

Special orders and custom items are not available for return or refund.

 

 

Returning or Exchanging Items:

 

You should have a proof of investment (establishment receipt, present invoice, shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.

 

 

Given that volumes could be limited, you could expedite an exchange by putting a brand-new order and returning the undesirable goods.

 

 

Products must be returned in the same packaging and same condition in which they were received.  If the bowl is not returned in clean and undamaged condition you will be charged a restocking fee or the return may be refused.

 

 

Our products go out of stock quickly. Therefore, we may not manage to make asked for exchanges. If this holds true, we will reimburse your kind of payment for the acquisition length.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

 

 

If you return or exchange an item by mail, we recommend that you use a carrier that will provide monitoring and insurance coverage. We are exempt for items lost in transit without evidence of monitoring.

 

 

 

If a consumer returns merchandise that does not meet health conditions of the 100 % Satisfaction Warranty, it will certainly be returned to the customer at their expense.
